Return and Exchange Policy
If you receive an order with item(s) that are not in their original condition, defective/damaged or incorrect then you can return it to ZyMar UAE within7 days of the item(s) delivery.
If you choose to return the order, you will be required to inform our customer services department by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly clearly mention why you would like to return your order. Please return the item(s) in their original packing and tags.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our ZyMar UAE warehouse. If the ZyMar UAE quality team find that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in their original state then we will not be able to consider the return.
*Promotional and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
We do refund in exceptional cases and refunds will be done only to the credit card through which the Original purchase was made. We do not provide refund for items purchased on ‘Cash on Delivery’.
Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account. It may take some time before the refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note ZyMar UAE e-store will bear all the shipment costs if ZyMar UAE e-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, otherwise the customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments from dispatch till delivery with our partner courier. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly contact our customer services department us at email@example.com.
